Dani is an experienced people and organisational development practitioner who has dedicated her career to transforming businesses by placing people at the heart of their success. 

Possessing hands-on experience as a member of senior leadership teams, and as a consultant to senior leaders and boards in challenging contexts, Dani has skilfully mastered the complex dynamics of multi-disciplinary business strategy and operations. Her areas of expertise include strategy, People and HR, governance and risk, and technology, with extensive experience in the not-for-profit, private and public sectors.

As a champion of people-centric approaches to organisational effectiveness and growth Dani is a catalyst for change, delivering transformational programmes and learning that reshape organisations from within.  She works with leaders to develop strategies and cultivate environments that foster the ideal conditions, culture, structures, and ways of working that leverage their team’s full potential.  Her holistic approach not only ensures organisational success but also fosters personal and professional growth for all those involved.

An MBA graduate from Durham University, Dani’s expertise is further complemented by her accreditations in a variety of psychometric tools and studies in Organisational Development and change. This multifaceted background enables her to delve deeper into the nuances of organisational dynamics to create lasting, impactful change.

Garin Rouch is an award winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 16 years experience helping organisations achieve their strategic objectives. During his career Garin has consulted to organisations in London, Shanghai and Sydney to foster a culture of performance across business units in order to deliver on their strategy. He has delivered consulting projects to leading organisations including Investors in People, Legal & General, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, & Westpac Bank.

Garin’s was awarded a distinction for his MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He is also Vice Chair of CIPD Central London and is lead for the CIPD London Organisation Development and Design group
